Lawn Care Technician / Fertilization Applicator

Are you passionate about healthy turf, working with your hands, and spending your days outdoors? Seasonal Services is seeking full-time Lawn Care Technicians and Fertilization Applicators to join our high-performing lawn care team. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed.


What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be out on the road and in the field, helping clients achieve lush, vibrant lawns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Applying fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other turf care products using ride-on or push spreaders and sprayers
  • Performing core services such as aeration, overseeding, and minor turf repairs
  • Mixing and measuring chemical solutions accurately and safely
  • Calibrating and maintaining spray equipment
  • Monitoring weather conditions and application timing
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe vehicles and equipment
  • Contacting clients when needed and leaving service notifications
  • Driving company vehicles to job sites across Southeastern Wisconsin
  • Performing physically demanding outdoor work in all types of weather


What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for lawn care and an eye for detail
  • Experience with lawn care applications (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and customer service
  • A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
  • Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment
  • 3.0 Pesticide Applicator license

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8–10 hour shifts, occasional overtime or weekend work
