At Seasonal Services, we’re hiring Landscape Maintenance Foremen and Technicians to help maintain and enhance our clients’ outdoor spaces. What You’ll Be Doing:

No two days are the same! Your responsibilities may include:

  • Mowing and string trimming to keep lawns crisp and clean
  • Pruning trees and shrubs for healthy, polished landscapes
  • Spring and fall cleanups to keep properties in top shape
  • Caring for flower beds – including weeding, thinning, and planting
  • Mulching, watering, and seeding to enhance outdoor aesthetics
  • Assisting with landscape modifications and minor installations
  • Loading trucks, hauling debris, and maintaining clean job sites
  • Driving company vehicles to transport crews, tools, and materials
  • Operating mowers, trimmers, skid steers, and other equipment safely
  • Supporting or leading a small crew to complete work efficiently and professionally


What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • At least 6 months of horticulture or construction field experience
  • Familiarity with plant identification and basic horticultural care
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate landscaping equipment
  • A love for working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Dependable, motivated, and a strong communicator
  • Leadership experience is a plus (we’re happy to train the right candidate)
  • Pesticide Applicator license (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00/hour
 Job Type: Full-time
 Schedule: Monday to Friday (8–10 hour shifts), with overtime and occasional weekends as needed
