  • Crew - Landscape Maintenance

    We value our maintenance crews and offer benefits, including health insurance and paid time off, to our crews that stay with us in the winter for snow removal services.  Our wage range is $12 - $20/hr depending upon your industry experience. 

    The Position

    Our crews ensure that our clients' landscapes thrive to their fullest potential by providing residential and commercial maintenance that may include the following services:

    • Tree and shrub care: Preventative fungicide and insecticide applications for disease- and insect-prone trees, and continuous evaluation of plant health.
    • Annual and perennial care, tree and shrub pruning, plant fertilization, weed control and bed edging.
    • TurfFfertilization, weed control and aeration.
    • Spring cleanup, weekly mowing and fall cleanup.

    You'll be part of a team of 2-3 maintenance professionals, working under the guidance of a foreman.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license with no major moving violations within the past 3 years if your duties include driving our vehicles.
    • Ability to operate, or learn to operate , all types of trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, snow removal equipment and more
    • Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position
    • Class 3.0 Pesticide Applicators License preferred. Seasonal Services will provide assistance with obtaining this license
    • Basic knowledge of plant ID and plant care is preferred.
    • Prior landscape maintenance experience is preferred.

  • Foremen - Landscape Maintenance Division

    The Position

    As a valued and integral factor to the success of our growing maintenance division, you will be responsible for a of crew of 2-3 others and will:

    • Safely and productively lead and operate as part of a crew in providing outstanding care for our commercial and residential clients.
    • You and your crew will provide mowing, pruning, chemical applications, tree & shrub care, and other general landscape maintenance tasks.
    • Direct crew members and equipment usage as well as planning and executing the assigned work and tasks.
    • Supervise and assist in the proper maintenance, preparation and operation of all tools and equipment.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • You must have strong interpersonal skills, be an excellent communicator and team motivator.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Must be able to operate all types of trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, snow removal equipment and more.
    • Class 3.0 Pesticide Applicators License preferred. Seasonal Services will provide assistance with obtaining this license.

  • Irrigation Systems Technician

    The Position

    You will regularly interact with our clients at their homes and will be responsible for servicing both residential and commercial accounts by providing routine and periodic maintenance on our clients' in ground sprinkler/irrigation systems. The position does require manual labor tasks in order to:

    • Run and observe all the zones on the system to check for proper operation.
    • Adjust sprinkler head rotation, nozzle size and spray patterns as needed to ensure efficient coverage and water consumption.
    • Inspect the controller clock and modify zone run times as needed to compensate for wet or dry conditions in the landscape.
    • Raise or lower heads as needed for proper head setting.
    • Inspect and clean the filters on drip lines in plant bends.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Mechanical aptitude is a great foundation and we will train you in irrigation controls.
    • Prior landscape maintenance/irrigation experience is helpful but not required.
    • Experience working with low voltage electrical components is helpful but not required.
    • Experience talking with and advising customers is helpful.
    • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
    • Be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position.

  • Ornamental Plant Health Technician

    This Position

    As a full-time Ornamental Plant Health Technician, your focus will be on the care of residential and commercial accounts by providing, pruning, chemical applications, tree & shrub care, and other general landscape maintenance tasks focused on turf and ornamental plant health. You must have strong interpersonal skills to consult with customers and provide them with information and expert advice.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license
    • Clean driving record
    • Class 3.0 Pesticide Applicators License is helpful - we will help you obtain if necessary.
    • Basic knowledge of plant ID and plant care is required. Pruning experience highly desirable.
    • Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
    • Be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position.
    • Please note that all prospective employees are required to pass a pre-employment fit-for-duty basic physical and a drug test.
