  • Landscape Concrete (Laborer and Technician)

    This Position- At a Glance

    The Concrete Installation Technician installs various concrete features to include driveways, sidewalks, patios and other landscape features. This position is responsible for:

    • Mixing, pouring and finishing concrete for a variety of different landscape projects
    • Read blueprints and determine necessary measurements
    • Set and align forms for sidewalks, curbs or gutters – patch voids and use saws to cut expansion joints
    • Ensuring concrete dries properly through proper consideration of all factors that affect the drying process

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Shape concrete with wood or plastic forms
    • Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete
    • Chip, scrape and grind high spots, ridges and rough projections to finish concrete, using pneumatic chisels, power grinders or hand tools
    • Install rebar and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete, pattern or stamp the surface to provide a decorative finish

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Must be able to operate all types of trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, snow removal equipment and more
    • Functional knowledge of concrete installation
    • Prior concrete installation experience is preferred
    • Ability to lift up to 100lbs

  • Landscape Delivery Driver

    This Landscape Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently loading, securing, transporting and unloading various landscaping equipment, tools, plants, hardscape materials, topsoil, bark mulch and much more. Loads typically originate at our yard in Mukwonago or at our vendors’ locations. Loads will be transported to our clients’ sites all over southeastern Wisconsin. The Landscape Delivery Driver is responsible for:

    • Providing safe and efficient transportation of equipment and products
    • Ensuring the consistent delivery of quality products and services
    • Supporting division managers with ensuring that all field production teams have the required equipment and products needed
    • Supporting division managers with achieving set goals for quality, efficiency, time budgets, vehicle & equipment, maintenance and care and professionalism.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Meet with the Director of Landscape Installation Operations each morning to review the day’s delivery tasks
    • Communicate with the Purchasing Manager to schedule daily deliveries, pickups and equipment moves
    • Verify that all materials are in acceptable condition and meet Seasonal Services standards
    • Make sure all paperwork accurately reflects any items that are on back order or cancelled
    • Present all invoices; pick up tickets, bills of lading, shipping documents, etc. to the Purchasing Manager on a daily basis.
    • Check your vehicle and trailer to make sure it is highway ready, has the appropriate chains, binders, straps, tarps and any other items that could possibly be needed to insure you can safely load, secure, transport and unload your cargo
    • Make sure your vehicle, trailer and cargo are US DOT compliant at all times
    • Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Class A CDL – Clean driving record is required!
    • Must be able to operate all types of trucks, trailers, skid loaders, tractors, snow removal equipment and more
    • Able to lift up to 100 lbs
    • Ability to work outside in the elements

  • Landscape Maintenance Foreman

    This Position- At a Glance

    As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2-3 people whose primary goal is to safely and efficiently provide technically correct, outstanding horticulture care for our residential and commercial Landscape Maintenance accounts. The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is directly responsible and accountable for each of their accounts.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Providing mowing, string trimming, collecting debris, deadheading, mulching, spring & fall clean up, chemical applications and other general landscape maintenance tasks.
    • Providing clear expectations, training, guidance and positive, constructive feedback to all team members.
    • Enforcing all the company’s policies and procedures especially those concerning personal and environmental safety.
    • Reviewing and executing each specific task as defined in the landscape maintenance agreement.
    • Establishing, communicating, training and monitoring the most efficient job path for each property.
    • Directing team members in the selection and safe and efficient use of the appropriate equipment at each property.
    • Final approval of all work performed. As the team is nearing the completion of the assigned tasks, the Landscape Maintenance Foreman is required to inspect the property to ensure that every task has been completed according to standards.
    • Providing relevant communication concerning the property to the Account Manager.

    Qualifications and Experience

    To be a preferred candidate for this position applicants are expected to possess the following:

    • Three (3) years of Landscape Maintenance Experience;
    • Functional knowledge of plant ID and plant care;
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
    • You must have strong interpersonal skills, be an excellent communicator and team motivator;
    • Must be able to operate all types of trucks, trailers, lawn mowers, skid loaders, tractors, snow removal equipment and more;
    • Able to lift up to 75 lbs;
    • Be able to perform numerous physical work tasks required by this position;
    • Class 3.0 Pesticide Applicators License – Seasonal Services will provide assistance with obtaining this license;
    • Applicants offered employment will be required to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
  • Production Manager - Landscape Installation

    The Production Manager guides and facilitates the installation crew by directing team leads and working with other departments to meet the needs of our external customers. This position is responsible for:
